I log onto DA like, three times a year nowadays. It's been years since I started sharing resources, and whenever I log on, I am really glad that people are still using / discovering them! I really appreciate when you show me what you've made, so thank you to all those who link me to their work! I'm sorry that the most I can do now is fave your work, since I am too busy with school to sit and compose a meaningful comment :/

Obligatory journal post for whenever I might have a spurt of uploading. I don't even know what those are called here anymore -- deviations? Anyway, some background info on my dA account:

I began making brushes 4 years ago when I was really into designing for forums. I used to have small screen resolution, which is why my older brushes are smaller compared to my newer brushes. Most of my brushes after the first year were made with my own images. I used to have a website, but I quit designing so I felt like there was no need for an additional site to distribute my brushes.

I don't go on this site much at all anymore, and whenever I do log on, I am flooded with messages that have piled up over my absence. Because I'm busy and lack the motivation, I no longer have the time to thank everyone for their comments and favorites and their deviations that cite my work, however, I am truly thankful that you have found what I make useful, and I do enjoy seeing what you produce from them.

So yeah, I think I'm going to upload stuff now

Haha, and it's exactly a year since I've said that before!

It seems that once school ends I feel like I have nothing to do (despite taking 11 units over the summer with lots of homework......)

Anyway, I came back to find 900 posts from other people, and it's such a shame that I'm not active at all because I'm missing out on a lot of wonderful pieces!

And I also checked messages left on my brushes, with people using them for deviations I'm very happy about that!
I'll try to rebuild a portfolio over the summer then.
